Once done with ALL the NPCs, exit & overwrite the existing mod (here you may be able to create a new esp by checking the "Create Backup" box at the bottom(?).You are simply copying Req's attributes to the NPC Appearance mod and making it a Req-compatible one. You can do item-by-item and in some cases at least you can do whole categories. You can simply drag and drop from the Req column to the NPC mod column. Each item that does not match the Req value (is not green) for this NPC mod needs to be overwritten with the Req value.(As long as you NPC Appearance mod is the last one in your LO to edit the NPC before Requiem, this should work.)
